April Lynn Charters: We sail rain or shine. Fish don’t seem to mind getting wet very much, so we don’t let it stop us from catching them. Anglers are responsible to adhere to all local laws concerning fish possession.  In the event of severe weather or mechanical issues, the Captain will cancel the charter and reschedule or refund/credit the trip. Only the Captain can cancel the trip due to weather.

Private Charters: Anglers are responsible to adhere to all local laws concerning fish possession. Passengers on motor coach trips are responsible to maintain the parameters set by bus operator. If you have to cancel your reservation, you will be issued a full credit voucher good on our e-commerce site, valid for six months. Refunds are not offered on private charters. In the event of severe weather or mechanical issues, the trip will be rescheduled with no additional fees.
